We partnered with the Inclusive Innovation Incubator to deliver a multi-session financial lab for their cohort of early-stage founders. Many participants were product experts but lacked the financial literacy to manage their growth.

 

We guided them through the process of building their first Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement from the ground up. The hands-on sessions focused on demystifying core concepts like COGS vs. SG&A, the difference between profit and cash flow, and calculating key profitability ratios.

 

As a result, the founders transitioned from financial uncertainty to being able to confidently diagnose their business's health and make data-driven strategic decisions.
