Community Innovation Initiative (CII) LLC seeks to revitalize marginalized communities through in-person programs & services and tech-enabled education products.

 

Our mission is to create a world where people from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds can have a seat at the table in historically underrepresented industries such as finance and technology or explore opportunities as innovators and entrepreneurs.

 

Over the past five years we have expanded our reach and created a wide array of finance, technology, business and entrepreneurship programs for underserved students, millennials and adults. Programming spans from development bootcamps, entrepreneur/business workshops, soft-skill training, technical courses to finance classes for beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced levels.

 

Technology has completely transformed the way in which learning is conveyed to students.

 

Our goal is to develop a mobile application that creates a platform for diverse individuals to learn the requisite skillset and leverage the platform community to launch their careers.

 

Our programs are structured to provide students with a basic understanding of a chosen industry, achieve designated learning objectives, complete assessments and explore career options. The program’s focus is on delivering value by matching students who have successfully completed all requirements with a mentor in their chosen field.

We will develop a finance app with a focus on Wall Street careers and provide lessons on personal finance and budgeting. These new programs will improve students’ access to economic opportunities in some of the fastest growing industries.
